The Global Guide to Hedge Fund Services is published by Fintel Publications.

Ken O’Brien, Editor in Chief, is the founder of Fintel Publications Ltd. He was formerly a Special Correspondent of the Wall Street Journal, and of AP Dow Jones and was Economics Correspondent and Deputy Business Editor of the Irish Times. He is an economics graduate of Trinity College, Dublin University, and of Waterloo University, Ontario, Canada, where he graduated with a masters degree. Ken
The Editor of the Fintel Guide to Global Hedge Fund Services is Peter O’Dwyer. Peter has over 15 years experience in the international mutual fund and hedge fund industry, working in London, Germany and Ireland. He was the managing director of a successful international equity arbitrage fund and has set up a number of funds of hedge funds and index funds. He is an independent director of a several alternative investment funds in Europe and the Cayman Islands, including the world’s first Sharia hedge fund. He is an economics and business studies graduate of Trinity College Dublin and a fellow of the Institute of Chartered Accountants in Ireland. He was formerly CEO of Gensec Bank in Europe and also worked as an international financial services tax consultant with PricewaterhouseCoopers and KPMG. Fiona Reddan, Assistant Editor, has extensive experience in financial services journalism, having edited Finance Magazine for the past three years. She is a graduate in finance and economics of the University of Limerick, and previously worked on Wall Street as an M&A analyst, with investment banking research firm, Dealogic, and as an analyst with Allied Irish Bank. Dr Eugene McCarthy, chairman, Fintel Publications Ltd. He holds a doctorate in Economic Science, awarded in 1977, from the London School of Economics, and is an economics graduate of Trinity College, Dublin University. He recieved the decoration of Officier de l'Ordre National du Merite, the highest honour a non French national can receive, from the President of France, Mr Jacques Chirac in 1999. He was formerly Deputy Director General of the Federation of Irish Employers, and is director of St James's Place International, and Societe Generale Asset Management (Global Energy Develoment Capital Fund).
